Project Overview

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has retained Parsons Inc. (Parsons) to undertake the Detailed Design, and Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study (the Project) for improvements on Highway 138. The Study Area is located between Highway 401 and Highway 417.

This Project is following the approved planning process for a Group ‘B’ project under the MTO Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for Provincial Transportation Facilities (2000). Consultation will be ongoing throughout the project.
